Application
For purifying and grading semolinasand middlings in semolina and flourmills.

Working principle
The stock flows at a uniform ratethrough the feed gate and is spreadacross the entire sieve width. Thesieve box is equipped with 3 sievedecks. Air is drawn trough the sievesduning the sieving operation. In theresulting fluidbed, the lowest-densityparticles are lifted and then aspiratedthrough the aspiration hood. The hullparticles with a low specific gravitytail over the sieves, while the cleansemolinas drop through. Dependingon the quality requirements, thethroughs can be united in the shakingchannel.
