Many clients often ask us how we refurbish our roller mills and whether it’s just a simple paint job. Absolutely not! Our refurbishment process involves meticulously dismantling the entire machine into individual components. This step alone is something that many second-hand roller mill sellers cannot achieve due to the intricate and interlinked structure of the roller mill.

Once disassembled, we replace all worn parts. For instance:

• If the roller diameter is less than 246mm, we directly replace it with a brand-new roller.
• The feeding rollers are newly ordered from Buhler.
• Both large and small cylinders are replaced with new ones.
• Gears undergo a blackening treatment to enhance durability.
